Completely redesigned last year for its 20th anniversary, the Toyota Highlander is one of the most modern mid-size SUVs on the market as well as one of the most comfortable and economical too. In addition to offering advanced technology and outstanding comfort, the Toyota Highlander three-row is versatile and perfectly suited to the needs of your family.

With nearly 2,400 litres of total cargo space, the 2021 Toyota Highlander can accommodate all your luggage while providing plenty of room for passengers. On the road, it is comfortable, refined, and quiet. There is a lot to like about the new 2021 Toyota Highlander. It also offers several engine options.

The hybrid versions benefit from a 2.5-litre 4-cylinder engine which, thanks to the work of two electric motors, offers an output of 243 horsepower and a torque of 263 lb-ft. With average fuel consumption of 6.6 litres per 100 kilometres in the city, 6.8 litres for highway driving, the Highlander Hybrid is the most economical three-row SUV you can buy.

If you prefer a model offered with a traditional engine, the Highlander is also available with a 3.5-litre V6 engine that is good for 295 horsepower and 263 lb-ft of torque. The towing capacity is set at 5,000 lbs while the hybrid model can still tow 3,500 lbs.

The 2021 Toyota Highlander also offers advanced safety technologies with its Toyota Safety Sense 2.5+ package.

This system stimulates the driver's vigilance and helps them avoid collisions or mitigate the consequences. This package now includes Intersection Assist and the Emergency Steering Assist (ESA) system, which is designed to help the driver get into their chosen lane. Dynamic Radar Cruise Control now provides cornering speed management, Lane Departure Warning with Steering Assist now includes road recognition, and Lane Keep Assist now provides faster control and greater stability after a lane change.
